Kitchen and Bath Remodels
Kitchens are often the gathering place of the home, so your kitchen should reflect your lifestyle and provide superior function and form. Bathrooms, while often the smallest rooms in the home, need to balance comfort and function with beauty. We are expert kitchen and bathroom remodelers and provide:
- Custom design consultation
- Floor plans and details
Pre-Listing Inspection Services and Home Inspection Analysis
Conducting a pre-listing inspection of your property and completing structural repairs prior to the listing of the property can differentiate your property in the market and streamline the selling process. It gives both buyers and sellers up-front information about potential repairs needed on the property. A clean inspection report and documentation that needed repairs have been completed can make the difference by eliminating surprises and protecting the selling price the buyer has agreed to by mapping the condition of the home to the agreed price.
We offer home inspection report analysis, pre-listing inspection services and structural repair services. Once the report is complete we can analyze it and provide budgets for the selected or required work.
Historical information about our experience and involvement in art-related projects includes the planning and installation of Public Art. Working with local artists has taken me into sensitive and rewarding areas regarding public approval, public safety, and project longevity in the environment.
The development of these projects can be characterized by initial involvement in the design process to develop a realistic budget that met all agency requirements. Final design included interaction with the artist, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure each project remained within the time and budget provided by the acting agency. Responsibilities included overseeing and scheduling of all contractors to work within the constraints of the local police departments, traffic control, and any other agencies that had jurisdiction within the project.
